P.), Cheyenne, Lacie and Lindsey; her great grandchildren, Aaliyah, Paige and Brylon; her caregivers, Essa, Alan, Elizabeth and Dalton; and her siblings, Cecil E. "Bubble Up" (Trish Phillips) of Salem, IL, Howard E. Phillips (Jonathon) of Los Angeles, CA, Ray A. Phillips (Jennifer Lance) of Salem, IL and Lorene Hill (Jeff Wix) of Salem, IL.
The family suggest memorials be made to the family and left with the funeral home.
