He was predeceased by: his parents, Darwin G. Cushman, Sr. and Dorothy Marilyn Cushman (Douglas). He is survived by: his son Cushman III (Shawnda) of Central City; his grandchildren, Jayden of Central City, Jaxon of Central City and Julia Cushman of Central City; his siblings, Brian Cushman (Barb) of Kell, Dalan Cushman (Connie) of Centralia, Darlana Cushman of Salem and Andrea Cushman of Salem; and his cousin Dave Finley (Jane) of Effingham. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
