It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Clifford G. Stroup of Salem, Illinois, born in Centralia, Illinois, who passed away on October 4, 2023, at the age of 40, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his grandparents, William, Marjorie Stroup, Tressie Herrington and Eldon Bryan; and his brothers, Geary Stroup and Jared Stroup.
He is survived by: his parents, Charles Stroup, Sr. (Amy) of Kinmundy and Sandy Ruble (Mike) of Salem; his son Christopher Stroup of Arlington, Texas; his siblings, Charles Stroup, Jr. (Patricia) of Kinmundy, James Stroup of Salem, Ricky Stroup of Kinmundy, Ryan Stroup of Kinmundy, Samantha Stroup of Salem and Sabrina Stroup of Salem; his nieces, Kaitlyn, Angel, Rylee and Haylee; and his nephew River. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
