She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, James Campbell and Elsie Campbell (Surface); her former husband David F. Herley; her children, David F. Herley, Jr. of Odin, James Herley of Carbondale, IL, Mark Herley (Jean Ann) of Xenia, IL, Elizabeth Triem of Blanchardville, WI and Theresa Linder (Bill) of Iuka, IL; her sister Roberta Weaver (Eldon) of Hutchinson, KS.; and her sons, Patrick Herley and Danny Herley. She was also cherished by her parents and former husband.
The family suggest masses be made to St. Theresa of Avila Catholic Church for those wishing to make a donations in Carolyn's memory, and left with the Rankin Funeral Home, entrusted with the family's care.
