He was predeceased by: his parents, John O'Keefe and Eleanor O'Keefe; and his siblings, Mary Potuto and James O'Keefe. He is survived by: his wife Laverne; and his children, Robert R. O'Keefe, Jr., Kathleen Polizzi (John), Patrick O'Keefe (Carla), Judith Johnson (Jeff) and Cynthia Bermingham (Robert). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
Face masks are required and social distancing will be observed.
