Mary Nespital Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Nespital (Saint Joseph, Illinois), born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on April 18, 2020, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ron Kuenster and Betty Kuenster; her sister Susan; and her siblings-in-law, Charlie Lombardo of Evergreen Park and Evelyn Balos (Mike) of Buchanan, Mi.

She is survived by: her husband David Nespital; her children, Jeffrey Nespital of St. Joseph, Mi and Rebecca Nespital of Grand Rapids, Mi; her siblings, Patricia Wiseman (Kevin) of Burbank, Lois O'Sullivan (John) of Oak Forest, Robert Kuenster of Oak Lawn and Donna Lipira (Pete) of Oak Forest; her father-in-law George Nespital of Niles, Mi; and her stepsiblings, Pat Waltz of Michigan City, Joe Coffel (Tere) of Kennesaw, SC, Terry Ravish (Gerry) of Buchanan, Mi and Roger Coffel (Barb) of Indianapolis.

In lieu of flowers the family would appreciate any donations be made to South West Michigan Ostomy Support Group, 1234 Napier Ave. St. Joseph, Mi 49085, or to Caring Circle / Hospice of Lakeland (269) 429-7100.

“From a distance, I am sending my love-filled condolence. Diane a woman of dynamic vitality for celebrating life with family and friends. Even though her illness slowed her down and made her travel an ordeal. Diane's determination was miraculous. She suffered the effects of being disabled over a number of years; still, her mind focused and clear for what was happening was very important. She had a resource of following current affairs. There is no closure for me until we see each other again. FR.”
