He was predeceased by: his siblings, Rosario "Chayoung", Eliza, Felipe, Antonio, Lourdes, Remigio and Teresita "Tess"; and his parents, Bonifacia Pacheco and Thomas Pacheco.
He is survived by: his spouse Carmencita Mendoza Pacheco; his children, Joselito "Joel" M. Pacheco (Diana), Jean "Jinky" Antonette Carino and Jennifer M. Pacheco; his grandchildren, Julian Victor Pacheco, Xavier Joel Pacheco and Jordan Mikel Carino; and his sisters, Rosa and Josefina "Penny".
Proper social distancing must be practiced and all guests will be required to wear face masks at all times.
In lieu of flowers charitable donations may be made to The American Lung Association or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
