She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Jefferson and Luanna Philbeck (Hale); her former spouse Russell; her sons, Larry Michael Scott and Robert Keith Scott; and her siblings, Otis Philbeck, Gather Philbeck, Martha Ayers, Lela McNew and Myrtle Bailey.
She is survived by: her daughter Marcia Lynn Minor of Lebanon; her daughter-in-law Vickey Scott of Greenwood; her sisters, Mary Rudisill Butzow and June Wilson; and also Robert Edward Scott. She is also survived by six grandchildren; several great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
