It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Karen Scobbie of Saint Jacob, Illinois, born in Boston, Massachusetts, who passed away on July 19, 2020, at the age of 57, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her mother Ruth Ann Hill. She is survived by: her husband Richard Scobbie; her son Benjamin Scobbie (Jamie) of Collinsville, IL; her grandson Gunner Scobbie of Collinsville, IL; her father Alan Hill (Laura) of Gulfport, MS; and her siblings, Cheryl Farmer of Belleville, IL, Beth Travis of Norfolk, VA and Chuck Kontsas (Jane) of Festus, MO. She is also survived by cousins, nieces, and nephews.
