He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Cortez "Jack", Frances Frost, Leo and Frances Johnston; and his aunt Patricia Marlen.
He is survived by: his parents, Jerry G. and Kathleen of St. Jacob, IL; his brother Jerry M. Frost (Kristen) of St. Louis, MO; his nieces, Grace and Elise Frost; his uncles, Robert Johnston of Edwardsville, IL and Roger Marlen of Dupo, IL; and his aunt Mary Kay Kuegler of Fairview Heights, IL. He is also survived by cousins and many friends.
