She is survived by: her husband Keith Dame; and her children, Shannon Wolfe (Richard) of Vandalia, IL, Dawn Chavez (Martin) of Federal Way, WA, James Newlon, Michelle Huschle (Jim) of Troy, IL and Michael Dame (Christy) of Marine, IL. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren and many dear friends.
