He is survived by: his wife Sandra Faires of St. Jacob, IL; his children, Ross Faires (Harvetta) of Fredericktown, MO, Dirk Faires (Aimee) of Keyesport, IL, Lisa Grissom (Scott) of Highland, IL and Gina Jones (William) of Granite City, IL; and his siblings, Denny Faires (Vivian) of Highland, IL and Cheryl Cochran (Jim) of Collinsville, IL. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren, his nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Aebischer-Richeson Funeral Home (211 N Douglas St, St Jacob, IL 62281). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
