It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Chester William Bienkowski of Saint Jacob, Illinois, born in Saint Louis, Missouri, who passed away on February 8, 2021, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Bienkowski and Pauline Bienkowski (Shepard); and his brothers, Bobby and Terry. He is survived by: his former wife Catherine D. McIlvena; his wife Cathy; his daughters, Jessica Taylor (Kent) of Troy, IL and Amber Bienkowski of St. Jacob, IL; his siblings, Judy Gill (Mike) of St. Louis and Steve Bienkowski (Debbie) of Elkville, IL; and his grandchildren, Morgan, Ben and Ava. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.
Per his wishes, cremation rites will be accorded, and due to Covid-19 a celebration of his life will be at a later date.
