She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley Sandlin and Raida Sandlin (Easterday); her daughter Cheryl Lynn Alka (Spidel); her sister Mary Nanette Bangert (Gerald); and her son Patrick Gerald.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Bryan Alka (Kristy) of Lancaster, Kristi Schrader (Matt) of Mount Carmel, Serenity Caudell (Gage) of Fort Wayne and Tanna McCullough (Derek) of Vincennes, Indiana; and her great grandchildren, Daisy Schrader, Sam Schrader, Olivia Alka, Phoenix McCullough, Carson McCullough and Lyla Caudell.
Memorial donations may be given to Saint Jude Children's Research Hospital.
