With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Deb Gunzel (Saint Francisville, Illinois), born in Lawrenceville, Illinois, who passed away on May 19, 2020 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Wease and Marilla Wease (Moyes); her husband Gayle Gunzel; her grandson William L. Gunzel, Jr.; her siblings, Sarah "Sissy" Stephens, Mary Harrington, Charles "Leroy" Wease, Harvey "Tuffy" Wease and John Willis "Jackie" Wease; her brother-in-law Gilbert Gunzel; and her nephew Timothy Piper.
She is survived by: her sons, William L. Gunzel, Sr. (Kathy Edgin) of Lukin Township and Fredd Gunzel (Jeremy Chase) of Orlando, FL; her brother David Wease (Diane) of Crossville; her sister-in-law Alberta Piper of Sumner; and her grandchildren, Paul Gunzel and Kimberly Sullens (Gunzel).
Due to the COVID-19 outbreak and the State of Illinois mandates and requirements, services for Delphia L. "Deb" Gunzel will be private.
