She was predeceased by: her parents, Julius Cunningham and Audra Cunningham; and her daughter Ellen Fortner. She is survived by: her children, Brian Fortner (Vicki) of Texas, Lori Ralston of California and Shannon Edgin of St. Francisville; her grandchildren, Ashli Baltzell (Drew) of Monroe City, IN, Tabitha Polk of California and Stephen Daniels of Georgia; and her great grandchildren, Lily Cook and Memphis Baltzell.
