She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Melvin Hooks and Avanelle Hooks of Altamont, IL.; her husband Donald Ousley; her stepdaughter Jennifer Ousley of Kansas City, MO.; her brother David Hooks (Gayle) of Mason, IL; her niece Johanna Hooks of St. Elmo, IL; her nephew Adam Hooks; and her great-niece Lucy Buckley-Hooks of Iowa City, IA.
