He was predeceased by: his father Paul Wright; his brother Jimmy Wright; his grandparents, Fred Feller, Beulah Rickett (McVicker), Perry and Lona Mae Wright; and his close friends, Champ and Willie.
He is survived by: his mother Betty Wright (Feller) of St. Elmo; his daughters, Jessica Arnold (Dave) of Mahomet and Vanessa Wright of Altamont; his brothers, Jeffrey Wright (Carla) of St. Elmo and JJ Wright (Jill) of Altamont; and his granddaughter Kaylee Arnold.
Memorials may be made to Springhill Cemetery rural St. Elmo or 2nd Chance Rescue in Vandalia.
