He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Louis Greuel, Myrl McEvers and Margaret Tatman. He is survived by: his daughter Sophia McEvers; his parents, David McEvers and Shirley McEvers; his siblings, Geoffrey McEvers, Michelle Sutton, Douglas McEvers (Amanda), Alita Bailey (Mike), Patrick McEvers (Joanie), Brian Hardiek and Brad Hardiek (Heidi); and his grandmothers, Norma Greuel and Joyce Ann McEvers. He is also survived by other loving family members and even many more friends.
Memorials may be made to his daughter Sophia for her future education in care of Stephen's parents or the donor's choice.
