It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruby Owens of Saint Elmo, Illinois, born in Vernal, Utah, who passed away on February 27, 2021, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles H. Newburn and Della M. Newburn (Tate). She is survived by: her husband Robert Allen Owens; her children, Guy Hays of Arkansas, Angela Nadolny of Mattoon and Julie Webb (Matt) of Lebanon, Ohio; her brothers, Ronnie Newburn (Barb) of Brownstown and Kelly Newburn of Altamont, Illinois; and her aunt Doris Julius of Blue Mound, Illinois.. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren.
