With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rosemary Owen of Saint Elmo, Illinois, who passed away on October 23, 2021 at the age of 95. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Rosemary Owen to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Orville Mills and Mabel L. Mills (Hicks); her husband Charles "Joe" Owen; her siblings, Millard Mills, Elvin "Shorty" Mills and Orvilla Sarver; her grandson Corey Stice; and her great grandchild Addison Scott.
She is survived by: her children, Mike Stice of Oklahoma City, Ray Scott (Tina) of St. Elmo, Illinois, Wilma Jenkins of Effingham and Susan Hollinshead (Max) of St. Elmo, Illinois. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
