He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Vernon and Rosemary Ann Dilley (Carter). He is survived by: his wife Judy "Janelle" Dilley (Haslett); his children, Janetia Wells, Julie Pryor (Jason) and Jeremy Dilley (Nicki); and his grandchildren, Jaide, Jessika, Dylan, Jenna, Reece, Braden and Kyler. He is also survived by several great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Spring Hill Cemetery or the donor's choice.
