He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Warren and Geneva Phillips; his in-laws, Gene and Shirley Carpenter; his niece Angela Jo Phillips; his nephew Jesse Dale Carpenter; and his friend Tom Brooks.
He is survived by: his wife Debra Phillips (Carpenter); his children, Crystal Hosselton (Ryan) and Michael Phillips (Naomi); his grandchildren, Destiny, Eva, Tyler, Mason and Maveric; his great grandchildren, Cooper, Carley and Levi; his siblings, Anthony Phillips (Carol), Alvena Hildebrand (Terry), Larry Phillips (Donna), Jay C. Phillips, Vickie Harvel and Alan Phillips (Sharyn); his siblings-in-law, Sonny Dale Carpenter and Donna Jo Carpenter; and his close friend Gina Brooks. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
Memorial donations are suggested to the family to assist with final expenses, and these will be accepted through the funeral home.
