She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy and Urilla (Neisler); her daughter Marilyn Barcus; and her siblings, Gerald Helm, Charles Helm, Roy Joe Helm, Sarah Osborne, Gladys Wikoff and Lodema Brewbaker.
She is survived by: her husband Millard D. Haslett; her children, Leon Haslett (Jo), Wanda McCarty (Kevin), Juanita Loschen (Ken) and Peggy Scholes (Ray); her son-in-law Jon Barcus; her brother-in-law Robert Osborne; and her sister Dorothy Dickerson. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren; 8 great-great grandchildren; 7 step-grandchildren; 21 step-great grandchildren; and 6 step-great-great grandchildren.
