He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis D. Kramer and Nellie Kramer (Shrake). He is survived by: his wife Helen Schuster; his children, Brian Kramer, Jim Kramer, Phil Kramer (Nancy), Tony Logue (Kim), April Wells of Orlando, FL, Laurie Ann Kramer and Trinity Kramer; and his sister Darlene Horn of Godfrey, IL. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
