He was predeceased by: his parents, George Wright and Blanche Wright (Durbin); his siblings, Dwight Wright, Gary Wright and Shirley Smith; his siblings-in-law, Earl Smith and Ella Mae Wright; and his stepdaughter Peggy Walls.
He is survived by: his wife Leona Wright (Parrott) of St. Elmo; his son Jerry Wright of Simpson, Illinois; his brother Oliver Wright (Edna) of St. Elmo; and his stepchildren, Duane Phelan of Arkansas, Ronald Phelan of Dieterich and Terry Phelan of Arkansas. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
