He was predeceased by: his father Dale Eugene; and his stepfather James Budlove. He is survived by: his mother Erma Budlove (Rush); his wife Barbara Bail of St. Elmo, Illinois; his daughters, Andrea Tramutolo (Stephen), Jennifer Bail, Alison Bail and Haleigh Bail; his grandchildren, David Carrillo, Aaron Tramutolo, Samuel Tramutolo and Sophie Greenman; his great grandchildren, Hayley Carrillo and Lilah Bubb; and his brothers, James Bail (Linda), Jerry "Al" Bail (Mary) and John "Scott" Bail (Sharon). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
