He is survived by: his wife Aileen Spain (Guffey) of St. Elmo; his children, Kevin Spain (Julie) of Effingham and Pam Haslett (Tim) of St. Elmo; his sister Linda Miller of South Carolina; his grandchildren, Travis Haslett, Tyler Haslett, Toby Haslett (Jeni), Traci Thoele (Josh), Taylor Forston (Neal), Grant Green (Trisha) and Matt Green; and his great grandchildren, Silas Haslett, Parker Haslett, Saylor Haslett, Mason Thoele, Colsen Thoele, Carter Thoele, Easton Green, Riggs Green and Harper Green.
