She was predeceased by: her parents, John Bowers and Edith Bowers (Fair); her stepfather Paul; her husband Marvin; and her siblings, Dean, Mavis, Vella-Jean, Alice, Deb, John and Jim.
She is survived by: her children, Tammy Goodman (Delbert) and Marvin L. Forbes, Jr. (Dana); her grandchildren, Amanda (JT), Christopher Garrison (Claudia), Thomas Forbes (Shyan), Georgette Forbes, Adana Saucedo (Rafeal), Kayla Warren, Ariel Creer (Carlos), Sydney Crum (Johnny), Shauna, Miles (Kayla) and Jennie Goodman; and her siblings, Edie Dial (Gary) of St. Elmo, Paula Rose (late Terry) of Altamont, Nancy Kistler (Paul) of St. Elmo and Hunter-Brock McMillian. She is also survived by 22 great grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 5th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Connection Church (2230 US-40, St Elmo, IL 62458).
