He was predeceased by: his parents, Berthol F. Haslett and Belle Haslett (Sidwell); his wife Doris Haslett; and his sisters-in-law, Rita Haslett and Stella Haslett.
He is survived by: his children, Greg Haslett (Shirley) of St. Elmo, Pat Haslett (Kathy) of Scotts Hill, Tim Haslett (Pam) of St. Elmo, Dennis Haslett (Vicky) of St. Elmo, Illinois and Crystal Porter (Tony) of St. Elmo, Illinois; and his siblings, Kenny Haslett of Tyler, Phil Haslett of Shelbyville, Illinois and Mary Jane Ray of Slidell, Louisiana. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
