She was predeceased by: her parents, John E. Hilliard and Margaret Elizabeth Hilliard (McNew); her siblings, John, James, Kenneth Hilliard and Helen Coates; and her grandchildren, Dwaine Rhoades Jr. and Josiah McNutt.
She is survived by: her children, John Rhoades (Minyonne) of Decatur, Dwaine Rhoades (Peggy) of Champaign, Raymond Rhoades of Delavan, Michael Rhoades (Catherine) of Decatur, Linda West of Kankakee and Brenda Hansen of Vandalia; and her brothers, David Hilliard (Jean) of Sarasota, FL and Donald Hilliard (Patricia) of Sarasota, FL. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.
