Draper Jr. (Saint David, Illinois), born in Canton, Illinois, who passed away on September 23, 2019, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack D. Draper and Ruby Mae Draper (Arnett); and his sister Linda. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl L. Schultz; his children, Sara Draper of St. David, Wendy Hamm (Rick Jr.) of Delavan, Jenny Hines (Jon) of St. David and John Draper (Shaundra) of Bryant; his grandchildren, Brandon, Tyler, L. J., Daniel, Jocelin and Jeremiah; and his sister Patty Franzoni (Mike) of Canton.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the Greater Peoria Area Honor Flight.
