He was predeceased by: his parents, Franklin Walters and Irene Walters (Samuelson); his wife Betty L. Stuepfert; and his siblings, Jacqueline Roof and Terence Walters.
He is survived by: his daughters, Bonnie Kain (Joseph), Becky Abella (Dennis) and Brenda Bergeson (David); his grandchildren, Bridgette Treske (Aaron), Grant Abella, Lily Abella, Sarah Kain and Benjamin Bergeson; and his great grandchildren, Elijah and Emory Treske.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Hosanna! Lutheran Church (36W925 Red Gate Rd, St. Charles, IL 60175). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Clarion Cemetery (27182 County Rd 3320 E, La Moille, IL 61330).
