He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Cieslica and Josephine Cieslica (Kumiega); his wife Nancy Trella August; and his brothers, Richard, Fred and Raymond Cieslica.
He is survived by: his children, Thomas Cieslica, Mary Beth Cieslica, John Cieslica (Edna), Joseph Cieslica (Candy), Stephen Cieslica (Melissa), Ann Mills (Larry) and Joanie Cieslica; his grandchildren, Emma Dennis (Jeff), Andrew Olson, Joanna, Matthew, Veronica, James, Peter Cieslica, John, Paul Mills, Madelyn and Sophia Cieslica; and his brothers, Edward, Robert (Margie) and Larry Cieslica (Kathy). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
