He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Ketelaar and Marjorie Ketelaar; and his brother Craig. He is survived by: his wife Mary; his children, Chuck, Danielle (Jose) and Elizabeth (Anthony); his grandchildren, Caige, Colton, Joclyn, Elia, Hailey, Chuckie, Adriana, Giavanna and Xavier; his siblings, Larry, Karen and Julie (Rick); and his sister-in-law Mary.
