He was predeceased by: his parents, Vincent'Bud' Foley and Vera Foley (Borkowski); his sister Joyce Foley of St; and his sister-in-law Jennifer Foley (Brainard) of St. Charles. He is survived by: his sister Evelyn Johnson (Randy). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
