She is survived by: her sons, Mark Mastalka (Jerlyn) and Lance Mastalka (Lori); her granddaughters, Jennifer Rensner, Christina Ryan (Andy) and Brenda Mastalka; and her great grandchildren, James, Desirae and Mathias.
