He is survived by: his significant other Jennifer Samuelson; his sons, Chance and Beckett; his parents, Lawrence Davis and Pamela Szweistis (Ron); his siblings, Katie Davis, Brad, Randy and Matt Davis; his grandmother Sharon Bergquist; and also, Clay Samuelson, Jacqueline Samuelson, Beth Lucarelli (Nick), Holly Samuelson and Elaine Samuelson. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and many loving friends.
