She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Gerhard Katzer and Charlotte Katzer; her sons, Kevin (Juliet) and Keith (Hui); her grandsons, Daniel (Sabrina) and Steven (Sydnye); her sister Ingeborg; her husband Norman W. Stantz; and her sister Linda Spindler (Juergen). She was also cherished by nieces and nephews.

Donations in Regina's memory may be made to Hosanna Lutheran Church Food Pantry.
