He is survived by: his wife Kathi; his sons, Keith and Phil Klein (Beth); his grandchildren, Emma Klein and Ben Klein; his sister Merikay Olson; and his sister-in-law Carol Klein. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, a donation would be appreciated to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
