She was predeceased by: her parents, John Weglarz and Sophie Weglarz; her husband Eugene Mack; her brother John Weller; and her daughter Sheryl Mack.
She is survived by: her sister Clee Duncan; and her children, Wendy Mack Mahren, Hollyce Mack and Frank Mack. She is also survived by five grandchildren and sixteen great-grandchildren.
