He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Kostal and Violet Kostal (Chaloupka); and his sister Kay Haverkamp. He is survived by: his wife Harriet; his children, Mick Kostal (Jean) and Kristen Kostal (Chuck Keller); his grandchildren, Emma and Jack; and his stepgrandson Branden Keller.
