She was predeceased by: her father Gordon Falconer; and her brother Joseph Falconer. She is survived by: her daughters, Shelby Janowiak (Adrian), Jenna Patzner and Brooke Patzner; her mother Karen Falconer; and her sister Tracey Dujakovich (Andrew). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and William Patzner, father of her children.
