He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Millard and Reta Millard (Roy); and his sister Patti Lynn Carlock. He is survived by: his close friend Belinda Kurtz; his children, Charles "Chaz" Millard (Allison), Amber Marchetta (Christopher) and Mya Millard (Luis); his grandchildren, Amilynn Marchetta, Logan Marchetta, Emily Millard, Abigail Millard and Baby; and his brother Edward "Bryan" Millard. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
