We are sad to announce that on February 12, 2021 we had to say goodbye to Juanita Benavidez of Saint Charles, Illinois, born in Elgin, Illinois. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Severo Castro and Petra Castro (Martinez); her husband Thomas Benavidez; her daughters, Christina (Evan) and Tamara; her grandson Tommy; her son Tommy (Andrea); her grandchildren, Jonathan, Courtney, Tiah, Tyra, Christian, Wyatt, Josephine, Anthony, Rosalina, Jinjer, Cash and Madelyn; her great grandchildren, Chloe, Charlotte, Lincoln and Jonny; and her siblings, Alejo, David, Regina, Carol, Belen and Patsy. She was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, face covering is required, and we highly encourage physical distancing.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Severo and Petra Castro and siblings: Joseph John and Severo Jr. The family requests, In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions be sent to St. Jude Children's Hospital at http://www.stjude.org.
