He is survived by: his father Roy Dudzik; his girlfriend Pamela Seyller; his children, Jacob Dudzik, Zachary Dudzik (Shannon), Chase Horton and Kayla McKee (Kyle); his grandchildren, Faith, Locklyn, Easton and Brantlee; his siblings, Paul Dudzik (Jamie) and Marie Dudzik; and also Roy Dudzik.
