He was predeceased by: his father Richard H. Stern; his stepfather Robert G. Stern; his brother Richard J. Stern; and his grandparents, Herman, Ann Stern, Bersell and Frances Olson.
He is survived by: his mother June; his sisters, Laura Graf (Mark) and Kristin Floyd (Robert); and his stepdaughter Nicole Burr. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and special cousins.
