With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Jeffrey Alan Felgar of Saint Charles, Illinois, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Jeffrey left this world on February 16, 2025 at the age of 42, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Gary, Shirley Felgar, Leroy Massey and Marjorie Massey; his aunt Linda Massey; and his cousin Brooke Massey.
He is survived by: his parents, Bill Felgar and Debbie Felgar (Massey) of Keokuk; his brother Thomas "Tom" Felgar (Stefanie) of Elgin, Illinois; his nieces, Addison "Addi" of Elgin and Emerson "Emmy" Felgar of Elgin; and his aunts and uncles, Larry Massey (Jean) of Canton, Donna Massey of Hamilton, Steve Massey of Hamilton and Kim Harper of Hannibal, Missouri.
Visitation will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Printy Funeral Home - Keokuk (917 Blondeau St, Keokuk, IA 52632). A funeral service will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Printy Funeral Home (917 Blondeau St, Keokuk, IA 52632). A burial will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 at the Oakland Cemetery (1802 Carroll St, Keokuk, IA 52632).
