With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Jeffrey Alan Felgar of Saint Charles, Illinois, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Gary, Shirley Felgar, Leroy Massey and Marjorie Massey; his aunt Linda Massey; and his cousin Brooke Massey.
He is survived by: his parents, Bill Felgar and Debbie Felgar (Massey) of Keokuk; his brother Thomas "Tom" Felgar (Stefanie) of Elgin, Illinois; his nieces, Addison "Addi" of Elgin and Emerson "Emmy" Felgar of Elgin; and his aunts and uncles, Larry Massey (Jean) of Canton, Donna Massey of Hamilton, Steve Massey of Hamilton and Kim Harper of Hannibal, Missouri.
