He was predeceased by: his wife Anna; his parents, Carlton Cadenhead and Cora Tom Cadenhead; and his sister Shirley Petges. He is survived by: his daughter Mallonee Koenig (Hal); his granddaughters, Kalynn Lemley (Howie), Tori Johnson (Andy) and Hallie Lickfelt; his great grandchildren, Natalie, Jordan, Rhett, Kinsley, Maci, Kane and Evelyn; and his sisters, Della Meadows, Betty Tucker and Earlene Meadows (Cary). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that remembrances be made in the form of donations to the American Diabetes Association in his honor.
