Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved James Hartley of Saint Charles, Illinois, born in Bloomington, Illinois, who passed away at the age of 77, on February 8, 2021. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, George Hartley and Esther Hartley (Hughes); his sons, Jeff Hartley of Sunnyvale and Nate Hartley of Colchester; his grandchildren, Christian, Juliana, Charlie, Pippa and Alex; his sister Susan Raeder; his nephew Tom Raeder; and his niece Becky Hultine.
A memorial service and interment will be held at a future date to be determined given the current pandemic travel restrictions affecting his next of kin.
